Return to your window of tolerance

Do you know what brings you out of your window of tolerance?  Many of us know how to facilitate return to the “optimal arousal zone” with clients, but do we apply it to ourselves?

The signs can be subtle, especially in the zone of hypoarousal.

Take notice of what your body signals are and a few ideas for what brings you back.  If you don’t know your body signals, seek support in identifying these (hint: practices for building self awareness will help).
